If you will be providing us with any images, logos or completed designs please review the following requirements.

• We accept Adobe Illustrator and Adobe PhotoShop files in PC platform (.tif, .eps, .ai)

  If you do not have either of these programs, please contact us to determine if your files will be usable.

• We accept files on CD-ROM and DVD

• Be sure to include all supporting images, graphics and fonts

• Save all logos, illustrations and drawings as Illustrator .eps files, with all text converted to curves (unless you can accurately provide us with all fonts used)

• Scan your images at the highest possible resolution, (300-600 dpi preferred). If your scanning hardware is not of high quality, use your scanned graphics for placement only (label FPO on your layout) and provide us with the original image to be scanned in-house and replaced before final output. We can scan prints, photographs and publication pages up to 600 dpi. Scanned pieces must be 8.5" x 11" or smaller.
• No bleed is required on your final file.
• Final output is printed in CMYK color mode. If color matching is critical, please specify the correct pantone color to be matched.
